ArtYears isn't working correctly, and I'd like troubleshooting information.

The problems you are experiencing might be caused by your web browser. You should try and clear your browser's cache. Please note that we only support the browsers (see What web browsers does ArtYears support.) and strongly recommend that you update your browser to the newest version available.
